Jakarta, wapresri.go.id – This morning, Thursday (08/09/2022), Vice President (VP) K.H. Ma’ruf Amin will lead the ceremony of Establishment Reserve Components for the 2022 Budget Year at the Special Forces Education and Training Center (Pusdiklatpassus), Batujajar District, West Bandung Regency, West Java Province.

Using the Super Puma TNI-AU Presidential VVIP Helicopter, the VP and limited group took off from the National Monument (Monas) Helipad to the Idjon Jambi Football Field, Pusdiklatpassus Center at 07.45 WIB (Western Indonesian Time).

After traveling for approximately 44 minutes, the VP arrived at the Pusdiklatpassus at 08.30 WIB and was greeted by the Deputy Governor of West Java Uu Ruzhanul Ulum, Pangdam III/Siliwangi Kunto Arief Wibowo and West Java Police Chief Suntana. Moreover, the VP will go directly to the location of the ceremony by car.

Starting the ceremony, the VP will conduct a troop inspection and listen to a report from Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto regarding the implementation of the Reserve Component Establishment activity. After that, the VP will deliver the ceremony’s mandate and watch the parade/defile of the participants.

Furthermore, the VP is scheduled to visit the Defense Industry Exhibition at the same location.
After carrying out the entire series of events at the Pusdiklatpassus, the VP is scheduled to return to Jakarta on the same day at 11.30 WIB, and will arrive at the Monas helipad at 12.15 WIB to continue other state agendas.

For information, the TNI Reserve Component Establishment Ceremony for the 2022 Budget Year was attended by 2,974 people and divided into five Battalions trained in each dimension, namely the Army Forces 450 people in Rindam II/Sriwijaya, 500 people in Rindam VI/Mulawarman and 500 people in Rindam XIV/Hasanuddin. Then 499 Marines at Kodikmar Surabaya and 500 Air Forces at the Kopasgat Training Center, Bandung. In addition, 50 people were trained at the Kowad Pusdik and 475 IDU Cadets at the Defense University of the Republic of Indonesia.

The Reserve Component members have participated in a series of activities, ranging from voluntary registration, selection, and basic military training education (latsarmil) in Rindam, coupled with Reserve Component Rounding Exercises at the Kopassus Pusdiklatpassus, Batujajar, West Java.
