Palembang, wapresri.go.id – Upon arrival at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport, Palembang, South Sumatra, Tuesday (06/09/2022), Vice President (Wapres) KH. Ma’ruf Amin was accompanied by the Governor of South Sumatra Herman Deru and his entourage to the Public Service Mall (MPP) of the Palembang City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP).
So far, the number of MPPs that had been inaugurated by the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) from 2017 to September 1, 2022 is 67 MPP. MPP Palembang City was the only MPP in South Sumatra Province. The MPP was inaugurated on November 27, 2020 by providing 373 types of services from 28 agencies. At the office located on Jl. The Governor of HA Bastari, 25 Ulu, Jakabaring, the Vice President saw firsthand how the flow of services provided to the community.
Regarding the achievements as a public service provider from the KemenPANRB that had been achieved by the South Sumatra Provincial Government in 2020, Palembang City DPMPTSP had succeeded in meeting the service criteria for all indicators that must be owned by public service units. Meanwhile, in 2021 the MPP of Palembang City won another award, due to the achievement of the optimization results of the Samsat Service Office of the Palembang Technical Service Unit (UPTB) 1.
Hand Over Assistance to the Locals
On this occasion, the Vice President also handed over assistance from the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) and the Employment and Social Security Agency (BPJSTK) to residents. In the delivery of this assistance, the Vice President was accompanied by the Director General of Protection and Social Security of the Ministry of Social Affairs Pepen Nazarudin and the Deputy Director of the Sumbagsel Region BPJS Employment Eko Purnomo.
The assistance provided by the Ministry of Social Affairs is in the form of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) for Fuel Oil (BBM), Family Hope Program (PKH), Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) in the form of electric wheelchairs, entrepreneurs, and compensation for orphans.
While assistance from BPJSTK was in the form of Employment Injury Program (JKK), Old Age Risk (JHT) program, Pension Security (JP) and scholarships.
For information, the payment of claims for all programs for workers in South Sumatra Province for the period August 2021-August 2022 as many as 75,964 cases amounting to Rp. 1,078,831,268,366,-. In addition, the granting of scholarships for all programs for workers in South Sumatra Province for the period August 2021-August 2022 as many as 1,379 children with a payment of Rp. 5.052 million,-
